1. | Cut Pork Jowl into thin slices, add in marinade |
2. | Shred lime leaves and onions, ground red chili and cut green peppers into small stalks. | 3. | Saute garlic, onion, red chili and lime leaves in 1 tbsp oil, add in pork jowl, mix in with red curry paste and coconut milk, stir well. |
4. | Add in basil leaves and green peppers and seasonings, mix well and cook for another 2 minute and serve. |
