1. | Chop Lemon Grass and put chili, garlic and shallot into a blender to blend. Set Aside |
2. | Heat sugar in pan, when it started to turn brown, change to low heat and cook until all turns brown, remove from heat, mix in other seasonings and cook again until become a caramel. | 3. | Put the ribs in caramel sauce, add in blended ingredients and mix well. |
4. | Put ribs in an oven tray, put into oven for 30 minutes at temperature of 200oC until turns golden brown. Serve. |
