1. | Cut the back of the prawn. Keep head and tail. |
2. | Sautee the shallot, onion with oil. Then, add in button mushroom and seasonings as stuffing. Stuff into the prawn. | 3. | Defrost the puff pastry and roll it into 2 portions. Cover the prawn with one portion of the puff pastry. Repeat the same procedure for another prawn. Brush on some egg mixture and bake at 250 degrees for 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve |
