Ingredients
 
2pcs big prawn 1pc puff pastry
1/4pc diced onion 2 pcs diced button mushroom
1tsp shallot 1pc egg mixture
 

Seasoning
 
1/2cup stock some salt
some sugar 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cut the back of the prawn. Keep head and tail.
2.Sautee the shallot, onion with oil. Then, add in button mushroom and seasonings as stuffing. Stuff into the prawn.
3.Defrost the puff pastry and roll it into 2 portions. Cover the prawn with one portion of the puff pastry. Repeat the same procedure for another prawn. Brush on some egg mixture and bake at 250 degrees for 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve
