Fry Scallop and Shrimp in Mustard Sauce |

6 pcs scallop | 6 pcs shrimp | 1 tbsp garlic | 1 tbsp mustard | 2 tbsp butter | 2 tbsp white wine |

Some Salt, | Some Pepper | Some Corn Starch | |

Cooking Method

1. | Remove the shell and intestine of the shrimp and leave the tail and rinse. Rinse the scallop and absorb the water. Marinate it with marinade. | 2. | Pan-fry the shrimp and scallop with olive oil until both sides golden brown. Set aside. | 3. | Heat 1 tbsp butter to sautee the garlic. Then, add mustard and white wine. Pour onto the scallop and shrimp. Ready to serve. |
