| 1. | Mixed shredded potato with salt and egg yolk and make it to round shape potato cake. Deep fry until golden brown | 2. | Peel poached egg and mashed. Mix it with diced onions, cream and seasonings | | 3. | Put potato cake on plate and top it with smoked salmon, onion dressing and caviar. Serve as Appetizer |
