240 g Wheat Noodle | 80 g scallops | 80 g shrimp | Some bamboo shoots | Some minced ginger | |

Seasoning

1 tbsp of soy sauce | 1/2 tbsp of dark soy sauce | 2 tbsp of stock | |

Marinade

Cooking Method
|
|
1. | Poach bamboo, scallops and shrimps. Drain and Set aside | 2. | Poach Wheat noddles, Cool down noodles with ice water and drain. | 3. | Heat some olive oil to sautee ginger, add in scallop, shrimp, bamboo shoots and seasonings. Add in wheat noodles. Fry until sauce become dry. |
