1. | Cut Chicken into pieces and mix with marinade; cut chili; Remove skin of shallot and pat. |
2. | Heat 1 tbsp oil, stir-fry chicken until turns golden brown, drain. | 3. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to sauté all other ingredients, mix well. |
4. | Mix in chicken, stir well, add in seasonings, add in some cornstarch water and cook until sauce dries up. Serve. |
