Miso and Clam Rice |

50g clam meat | 25g snow bean | 1 bowl Japanese rice | 2 tbsp white miso |

Seasoning

2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce | 2 tbsp mirin | 1 tbsp sugar | 1 tsp ginger juice |

Marinade

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse the clam meat and poach in water. Drain and remove. | 2. | Mix the seasonings and cook until the sugar melt. Then, add in white miso, clam meat and snow bean until cooked. Pour it onto the rice and ready to serve. |
