Ingredients
 
50g clam meat 25g snow bean
1 bowl Japanese rice 2 tbsp white miso
 

Seasoning
 
2 tbsp Japanese soy sauce 2 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp ginger juice
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse the clam meat and poach in water. Drain and remove.
2.Mix the seasonings and cook until the sugar melt. Then, add in white miso, clam meat and snow bean until cooked. Pour it onto the rice and ready to serve.
