Ingredients
 
8 pcs of prawn 1 pc of celery
 

Seasoning
 
Some Salt Some sugar
Some Jinhua Ham Sauce 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Remove the stem from celery and cut into pieces. Poach in water and remove.
2.Remove the shell from prawn keeping the tail. Fry it and remove
3.Heat some oil to sautée prawn and celery with seasonings for one minute, thicken sauce with cornstarch.
