Ingredients
 
30 g unsalted butter 30 g cup sugar
1/2 cup white rice flour 1 egg white
1tbsp passion fruit pulp, without liquid 1 /2 tsp baking powder
40 ml tepid milk

Cooking Method
 
1.Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixer, slowly add the egg whites.
2.Using a slower speed on the mixer, add flour and baking powder then follow the milk and passion fruit.
3.Combine well in the mixer and pour into a 30 cm round non-stick cake tin. Bake for about 30 minutes at 170oc
4.Place a skewer into the center of the cake after 30 minutes and if you can remove it cleanly then the cake is done.
5.Remove from the oven to cool.
