Ingredients
 
100 ml fresh orange juice 2 tbsp sugar
3 pcs egg 50 ml fresh cream
50 ml fresh milk 1 pc short crust pastry

Cooking Method
 
1.Place the short crust pastry into the pie mould and trim. Pin some holes on the pastry with a fork.
2.Place the pastry into the pre-heat oven and bake at 180oc for 25 minutes. Cool down and set aside.
3.Mix the sugar with egg white. Then, add in fresh cream milk. Finally, pour in orange juice gradually.
4.Sieve the ingredient (3) and place into the pastry. Bake for another 25 minutes until the stuffing firm. Remove and cool down.
