1. | Place the short crust pastry into the pie mould and trim. Pin some holes on the pastry with a fork. |
2. | Place the pastry into the pre-heat oven and bake at 180oc for 25 minutes. Cool down and set aside. | 3. | Mix the sugar with egg white. Then, add in fresh cream milk. Finally, pour in orange juice gradually. |
4. | Sieve the ingredient (3) and place into the pastry. Bake for another 25 minutes until the stuffing firm. Remove and cool down. |
