Ingredients
 
120g cream cheese 100ml whipping cream
 

Seasoning
 
1/2 pc fresh lemon juice 1/2 pc grated lemon zest
2 tbsp granulated sugar 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Beat up the whipping cream in a mixing bowl over ice water bath until soft peak formed.
2.Place the cream cheese in a large bowl & heat without cover in medium power until softened.
3.Add the seasoning into cheese & mix well, lightly fold in the whipped cream & spoon over serving dish. Allow to cool in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
