Ingredients
 
6 pcs fillo pastry 1/2 pc onion (chopped)
125 g button mushroom (sliced) 75 g ricotta cheese (chopped)
75 g feta cheese (chopped) some olive oil
 

Seasoning
 
Some salt Some pepper
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Sautee the onion with olive oil. Then, add cheese as stuffing.
2.Cut each piece of fillo pastry into julienne. Then, brush on some olive oil.
3.Place one tbsp stuffing one end of the fillo pastry fold it as a triangle pastry.
4.Place the fillo pastry onto the oven paper. Brush on some olive oil and place in pre-heat oven and bake at 180oC for 15 minutes until crispy. Ready to serve.
