2. | Brush on some egg mixture on the puff pastry. Sprinkle with chopped cheese and almond. Then, cover with another puff pastry and press slightly. | 3. | Cut the puff pastry and place on the oven tray with oil. Place in preheat oven and bake at 160oc and bake for 25 minutes until crispy. |
