Ingredients
 
120 g plain flour 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt 120 g unsalted butter
90 g caster sugar 2 pcs egg

Cooking Method
 
1.Preheat the oven to 180oc for about 10 mins. Grease a butter cake baking tins.
2.Sieve well flour, baking powder and salt.
3.Beat the butter and caster sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs gradually.
4.Stir (2) ingredients gently with spatula.
5.Pour the batter into the baking tin. Bake for about 40 mins. Let cool for a while. Slice and serve.
