150 g shelled fresh shrimp | 50 g mushroom | 1 pc egg | 100ml chicken stock |

Seasoning
|

1 tsp flour | 1 tbsp egg white | 1 tsp sesame oil | Some salt | Some Pepper | |

Marinade

Cooking Method
|

1. | Remove the intestine of the shrimp. Rinse and absorb the water. Mix with seasonings. | 2. | Remove stalks form mushroom and cut them into slice. Poach the mushrooms and set aside. | 3. | Boil the chicken stock. Then, add in shrimp, mushrooms, finally, add in egg mixture and ready to serve. |
