Ingredients
 
5 pieces tomato 1 piece onion
1 piece cucumber 1 piece red bell pepper
1 tbsp garlic paste 2/3 cup white bread crumb
1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 cup cold stock 
 

Seasoning
 
Some salt Some pepper
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Remove the seed of tomato and cucumber and chop into tiny pieces. Chop the red bell pepper and onion.
2.Pour 3/4 portion of the vegetables into the blender and blend into paste. Add in garlic, bread crumb, olive ill, red wine vinegar, cold stock and seasonings and mix well. Fridge for about 2 hours.
