100 g chopped pumpkin | 1 pc onion | 20 g butter | 2 tsp flour | 500 ml stock | 1 tsp olive oil |

Cooking Method

1. | Remove the skin of the onion and chop into pieces. Heat some olive oil to saute the onion in low heat until golden brown and soft. Remove and set aside. | 2. | Melt butter, add in flour to fry until golden brown. | 3. | Add in onion, pumpkin and stock and cook in high heat. Then turn to low heat and boil until thicken. Add in seasonings and pour into the soup bowl. |
