Ingredients
 
150 g shredded konjac 2 pcs black fungus
50 g sweet pea 100 g bean sprout
80 g shredded carrot 1 tbsp mirin
250 ml clear soup 1 tbsp miso

Cooking Method
 
1.Soak the black fungus and rinse. Then shred. Rinse the sweet pea and bean sprout . Drain and set aside.
2.Cook the konjac with water and vinegar for 3 minutes. Soak in iced water and drain.
3.Boil the clear soup. Then, add in bean sprout, mirin and miso. Ready to serve.
