Bahan
 
1 catty Jamur Tramella 1 pak Jamur Enoki (jamur emas)
4 taels Tahu kering 4 taels tahu segar
4 taels fresh bean curd stick 4 taels Jamur Jerami
4 taels jagung muda 
 

Bumbu-Bumbu
 
1 sdt garam 1/2 gls broth
2 sdt tepung 2 sdm air

Cara Memasak
 
1.Cuci semua Bahan.
2.Panaskan wajan dan goring jamur tremella, masukkan jamur jerami, jagung, tahu kering, beancurd stick, jamur enoki dan bother, masak selam 10 menit.
3.Masukkan garam dan larutan tepung sagu untuk mengentalkan saus. Sajikan.
