Ingredients
 
40g chopped scallop 40g Shanghai cabbage
1pc Bean curd skin 1 cup batter
 

Seasoning
 
Some Salt

Cooking Method
 
1.Absorb the water from the scallop and chop into pieces. Rinse the cabbage and poach with oil, water and some salt. Absorb the water and chop into filling.
2.Mix the scallop and cabbage with salt as filling.
3.Use a wet cloth to wipe the bean curd skin, cut into 6 inch x 8 inch. Place the filling on it. Then, dip into the batter and fry until golden brown. Cut into pieces and serve.
