1. | Mix Egg and milk, add in sugar and 1/2 tsp chili oil. Rinse crab and cut into pieces, sprinkle with corn starch. |
2. | Deep Fry crab for awhile and remove excess oil. | 3. | Saute chili, minced garlic and onions in 1 tbsp oil, add in curry powder. |
4. | Mix in crab, add water and fish sauce. Thicken sauce with some cornstarch water, finally add in egg mixture and 1/2 tsp of chili oil. Mix well. Serve. |
