100g shredded chicken | 100g shredded scallop | 100g shredded roasted duck | 50g button mushroom | 50g mushroom | 50g enoki mushroom | 1/2tsp chopped ginger | 1/2 tsp chopped garlic | 1tbsp Shaoxing wine | 1/2 cup stock |

Cooking Method

1. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to sautee chopped ginger, garlic and mushroom. Then, pour in Shaoxing wine and 1/2cup stock. Then, place the mushroom in dish. | 2. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to sautee shredded chicken, scallop and roasted duck. Add in some salt and pepper. Put back the mushroom and thicken the sauce with corn starch water. Ready to serve. |
