Minced Beef Soup with Egg White |

Ingredients

200 g minced beef | 4 cups of stock | 1 pc of egg white | |
|
|
|
|
Seasoning
|
|
Thickening | 1 tbsp of corn starch | 1/4 cup of water | |
|
|
|
|
Marinade
|
|
2 tbsp light soy, | a dash of pepper | Some sesame oil | 1 tbsp corn starch, | 1/2 cup water | 1/2 tbsp sugar |

Cooking Method
|

1. | Add marinade to minced beef and mix well. | 2. | Boil stock in large pot over high heat, Stir in minced beef and let it boil. Pour in thickening and bring to boil. Remove from heat, pour in egg white and slightly stif well before serving. |
