Ingredients
 
200 g minced beef 4 cups of stock
1 pc of egg white 
 

Seasoning
 
Thickening1 tbsp of corn starch
1/4 cup of water 
 

Marinade
 
2 tbsp light soy, a dash of pepper
Some sesame oil1 tbsp corn starch,
1/2 cup water 1/2 tbsp sugar
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Add marinade to minced beef and mix well.
2.Boil stock in large pot over high heat, Stir in minced beef and let it boil. Pour in thickening and bring to boil. Remove from heat, pour in egg white and slightly stif well before serving.
