Ingredients
 
80g plain flour1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt250ml milk
2 eggs1/2 tsp pandan essence
1 tbsp vegetable oil 
 

Seasoning
 
Fillings:120ml coconut milk
40g desiccated coconut25g palm sugar
2 bananas, sectioned2 tbsp white sesame seeds
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Cook the coconut milk, desiccated coconut and palm sugar until thicken. Add the sesame.
2.Sieve well the flour, sugar and salt. Mix the milk and egg.
3.Add the milk mixture into the flour gradually and mix well. Add the pandan essence and vegetable oil.
4.Heat the pan with vegetable oil. Add some vegetable oil and fry over medium low heat to make pancake. Top with fillings, banana and roll it up to serve.
