Ingredients
 
600 g shrimp1 pc red perennial chilli (diced)
3 tbsp garlic chopped1 tsp ginger chopped
some corn starch 
 

Seasoning
 
Some Spicy salt 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse the shrimp and drain. Absorb the water.
2.Heat oil and dip shrimps with corn starch. Then, deep- fry until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
3.Remove the oil. Use the same wok to fry the cayenne pepper, garlic and ginger. Then, put back the shrimps. Season with spicy salt and place on dish, ready to serve.
