Ingredients
 
2 cups of rice (rice measuring cup) 200 g bok choy (shanghai cabbage)
2 cups of water 
 

Seasoning
 
2 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse rice, put into rice cooker until cooked, rinse bok choy and shred
2.Add in the bok choy and seasonings in cooked rice, mix well, cover up and cook for another 10 minutes. Serve
