1. | Trim off the rim from the beancurd sheet and cut into 4 sections, marinade minced pork, mix flour and water. |
2. | Spread 1/4 of pork evenly on the beancurd sheet then roll up into long shape. Seal the end with the flour paste. | 3. | Heat 1 liter of oil ever medium high heat and fry the rolls until crispy and golden brown. Drain well and cut into pieces to serve |
