Ingredients
 
1pc dried bean curd sheet2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp water80g minced pork
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
2tbsp light soy1 tbsp corn flour
1 tsp Chinese wine2 tbsp water
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Trim off the rim from the beancurd sheet and cut into 4 sections, marinade minced pork, mix flour and water.
2.Spread 1/4 of pork evenly on the beancurd sheet then roll up into long shape. Seal the end with the flour paste.
3.Heat 1 liter of oil ever medium high heat and fry the rolls until crispy and golden brown. Drain well and cut into pieces to serve
