Ingredients
 
3 pcs dried scallop250g shrimp
6 pcs egg white 
 

Seasoning
 
Some salt 
 

Marinade
 
1 tsp chicken powder1 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp egg whiteSome Sesame Oil
Some Pepper 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse the dried scallop and soak in water. Then, mix it with ginger juice and wine and steam for 10 minutes. Shred and set aside.
2.Remove the intestine of the shrimp. Absorb the water and marinate it with marinade. Fry in oil and set aside.
3.Beat the egg whites, mix in with dried scallops
4.Heat the work with 2 tbsp oil. Then, pour in the egg white in medium heat. Then, pour in the egg white in medium heat. Then add in shrimp, season with salt and ready to serve.
