600g spare rib | 1 tbsp chopped garlic | 1 tbsp honey | 1 tbsp butter | Some chopped chili | |

Seasoning

Marinade

1 tbsp soy sauce | 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine | 1 tsp chicken powder | 1 tbsp cornstarch | Some Sesame Oil | Some Pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Rinse the spare rib and chop. Then, marinate it for 15 minutes. Deep-fry until about 80% done. Remove and set aside. | 2. | Heat 1 tbsp butter to saute garlic, add in honey, add back the spare ribs and fry in medium heat for 1-2 minutes until the sauce reduced. Then, add in chili, ready to serve. |
