Sautee Shrimp with Assorted Mushrooms |

Ingredients

250g shrimp | 3 pcs button mushroom | 6 pcs straw mushroom | 1/2 back enoki mushroom | 1/2 tsp chopped ginger | 1/2 tsp chopped garlic |

Seasoning
|
|
Some Salt | Some Sugar | Some Sesame Oil | Some Pepper |

Marinade
|
|
1 tsp chicken powder | 1 tsp corn starch | 1 tbsp egg white | |

Cooking Method

1. | Remove the intestine of the shrimp and rinse. Absorb the water and marinade. Fry in oil and set aside. Remove the stems of the enoki mushroom and rinse. | 2. | Rinse the other mushrooms and slice. Then, poach in water. Drain and remove. | 3. | Heat 1 tbsp oil to fry the ginger and garlic, add in the button mushroom, straw mushroom. Fry until done, then, add in enoki mushroom. Put back the shrimp and add seasonings. Ready to serve. |
