Ingredients
 
1 catty of short pork ribs 10 slices of ginger
2 stalks of spring onions 2 tsp of dark soy sauce
 

Seasoning
 
4 tbsp dark soy sauce 1 tbsp of light soy sauce
1/2 cups of shaoxing wine 1/2 tsp of salt
pinch of black pepper 
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Blanch short pork ribs in boiling water for 20 minutes, remove and wipe excess water.
2.Marinade short pork ribs in 2 tsp dark soy sauce for awhile, stir-fry ribs in oil. Remove.
3.Saute ginger and onions in some oil, add in ribs, stir-fry and add in seasonings. Cook with cover until sauce almost dries up. Serve.
