Ingredients
 
1 pc of angled luffa 20 g dried shrimps
20 g fish maw Some ginger slices
3/4 cups chicken broth 
 

Seasoning
 
1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Soy Sauce Some Sesame Oil
Some Pepper Some Shaoxing Wine
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Soak fish maw and shrimps until soft, skinned angled luffa and cut into small portions
2.Heat 2 cups of water and add in 2 slices of ginger, cook fish maw for 10 minutes, drain and mashed.
3.Saute ginger in 1 tsp oil, add in fish maw, dried shrimp and add in some wine. Add in chicken broth, angled luffa and seasonings. Stir well and serve.
