Ingredients
 
100 g Fried Dried Tofu 40 g Lean pork
20 g vermicelli 1 1/2 liter of water
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
1/2 tsp of Salt 1 tsp of Sugar
1/2 tsp of Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp of flour
1/2 tsp of oil 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Dip Tofu in warm water for 1 minute, dry and finely slice
2.Finely slice lean pork and marinade with marinade ingredients for 10 minutes
3.Put vermicelli in warm water until soft, Boil water, add in lean pork let it boil and add in tofu and vermicelli, leave it to boil and serve.
