150g self raising flour | 1/8 tsp baking powder | 130g unsalted butter | 80g caster sugar | 3 eggs | 1 tbsp orange zest | 2 tbsp orange fruit jam | |

Cooking Method

1. | Preheat the oven to 180∘c for about 15 mins. Grease a 6∘cake tins. Sieve well the self-rising flour and baking powder. | 2. | Beat the butter, caster sugar, orange zest until fluffy. Add the eggs gradually. Add the orange jam. Stir in the sieved flour gently. Pour the batter into the baking tin. Bake for about 35-40mins. |
