250g pork rack (American kurobuta pork) | |

Seasoning

Marinade
|

60ml sweet soya sauce | 3 tsp worcestershire sauce | 20ml sherry | little green pepper corn crushed | little grain mustard | 1 pc clove | 1 sliced ginger | 2 tsp dark brown sugar |

Cooking Method

1. | Combine marinade and cover, then refrigerates until ready to use. | 2. | Marinate Kurobuta Pork for about 12 hours, then seasoned the Kurobuta Pork with salt and pepper. Turn it in vegetable oil and grill the meat in a heavy frying pan until cook. |
