Ingredients
 
8 pieces scallops 1 egg white
20 g white sesame seed950 ml balsamic vinegar
450 g honey5 g black pepper

Cooking Method
 
1.Preheat the oven to 180oc. Dip each scallop into egg white then coat with sesame. Bake the coated scallops for 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked.
2.Combine balsamic vinegar, honey and black pepper in a sauce-pot, Simmer and reduce until it reaches a syrup-like. Serve with scallops
