8 pieces scallops | 1 egg white | 20 g white sesame seed | 950 ml balsamic vinegar | 450 g honey | 5 g black pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Preheat the oven to 180oc. Dip each scallop into egg white then coat with sesame. Bake the coated scallops for 5 to 7 minutes or until cooked. | 2. | Combine balsamic vinegar, honey and black pepper in a sauce-pot, Simmer and reduce until it reaches a syrup-like. Serve with scallops |
