1 tsp Japanese Light soy sauce | Some Salt | Some Pepper | Some Sake |

Marinade

Cooking Method

1. | Remove the abalone from the shell. Rinse and slice the abalone and absorb the water. Set aside. | 2. | Melt the butter to sauté the garlic. Then, add in abalone and seasonings. Serve with lemon juice. |
