Ingredients
 
1 pc fresh abalone1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp butter 
 

Seasoning
 
1 tsp Japanese Light soy sauceSome Salt
Some Pepper Some Sake
 

Marinade
 
 
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Remove the abalone from the shell. Rinse and slice the abalone and absorb the water. Set aside.
2.Melt the butter to sauté the garlic. Then, add in abalone and seasonings. Serve with lemon juice.
