BEEF WITH OYSTER
Fried Pork Cubes with Belacan Sauce
Miso Honey Lamb Cutlets
Ingredients
6 pieces lamb cutlets
1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
Marinade
4 tbsp grapefruit honey
2 tbsp miso
1/2 tbsp mirin
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp ginger juice
Cooking Method
1.
Rinse lamb cutlets; shred onions
2.
Marinate the lamb cutlet for about 30 mins. Drain the marinade and set aside.
3.
Heat oil pan fry lamb cutlet until cooked.
4.
Heat oil, sauté onions and add in the marinade, cook until boil.
