Cara Memasak
 
1.Cuci watercress dan garam, potong potong
2.Daging babi lalau rebus sesaat, tiriskan
3.Panaskan air, campur daging babi dan jahe. Seselah mendidih, masukkan water cress dan kumar merah, panaskan dng api decil kurang selama 30 menit dan 1 jam. Campur garam bumbui.
