1. | Remove the intestine of the chicken and rinse. Absorb the water with kitchen paper. Chop the rosemary and thyme in pieces. Chop the onion. |
2. | Mix the onion and herbs with other marinade ingredients. Brush on the spring chicken with marinade. Then, stuff the marinade inside the chicken. Grill the chicken in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes (have to turn it over in between) until crispy. |
