4 pcs chicken breast | 2 tbsps maple syrup | 4 tbsps oats | 4 tbsps breadcrumb | 1 1/2 tbsp miso | 20g melted butter |

2 tbsps miso | 2 tsp mirin | 2 tsp cooking wine | 1 tsp pepper |

Cooking Method

1. | Marinade the chicken for about 30 mins. Preheat the oven to 190oC for 15 mins. | 2. | Combine well the maple syrup, breadcrumb, miso and butter. | 3. | Heat oil. Pan-fry the chicken. Cover the chicken with the crust. Bake for about 15 mins until done. |
