| 1. | Wipe dry the rib eye sprinkle some salt and pepper and grill for 10-12 minutes until 50% done(need to turn it oven for every 2 minutes)and place onto the dish. |
2. | Sautees chopped onion, garlic, shallot with olive oil and add in mushrooms, gravy and whipped cream. Pour on top of Rib Eye to Serve. |
