Soak the strawberry in some salt water. Rinse and drain. Blend Strawberry and add in caster sugar. Place the strawberry paste into 2 cups and cover with food wrap and fridge.

Melt the chocolate with hot water underneath. Cool down and beat with cream. Pour the chocolate into the strawberry cups and fringe for 30 minutes. Serve.
