| 1 pc shredded beef fillet | 1/2 pc shredded onion | | 2 packs of instant noodles | Some red and green peppers (shredded) | | Some minced garlic | |

Seasoning

| Some salt | 1 tsp sugar | | 2 tsp oyster sauce | 100 ml water |

Marinade
|
| |
| 1/3 tsp salt | 1/3 tsp meat loosen powder | | 1 tsp cornstarch | Some sesame oil | | Some pepper | |

Cooking Method

| 1. | Marinade shredded beef fillet for one hour. In medium-heat, stir fry shredded beef. | 2. | Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. | | 3. | Sautee garlic and onions, add in peppers, beef fillet and seasonings. Stir-fry, then add in instant noodles. Use some cornstarch water to thicken sauce. Serve |
