Ingredients
 
5pcs cucumber Some salt
 

Seasoning
 
 
 

Marinade
 
1 tbsp Korean chili powder2 tsp Korean fish sauce
2 tbsp garlic paste1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp salt1.2 tbsp sugar
 

Cooking Method
 
1.Rinse the cucumber and remove the stem, cut into strips. Marinate the cucumber with salt until the cucumber turn soft.
2.Rinse the cucumber with water. Drain and set aside.
3.Mix the cucumber with marinade and fridge for 2 hours. Ready to serve
