1. | Rinse the winter melon, bell peppers, cut into small pieces; Cut the salted egg yolk into small pieces. Set aside | 2. | Heat some oil to sauté the winter melon and bell peppers | 3. | Then, add in 1 piece of the salted egg yolk and seasonings, mix well. Place onto the dish. Sprinkle pork floss and the other portion of salted egg yolk. |
